Year In Review 2024 is ready! The pages can be found in our template library under the "Pop Culture" category or just simply search Year in Review in the search bar. There are 10 pages in total. You can choose which content you would like to add to your yearbook! Enjoy!

Exciting new way to upload photos directly from your phone to your yearbook account. Scan the QR code on Manage Photos from your phone. This will auto take you to a photo upload. Select a Category, then browse your photo library on your phone. Select the photos. Upload the photos. On the confirmation page you can add captions, or upload more photos. The photos will auto load into manage photos.

Now is the time if you have not added the student and faculty portraits to the book, I have a great help resource for you. Below is the link to a step by step video of how to "Upload and Place the Student Portraits" in the yearbook.

These steps will allow you to put the photos in the book in a simple way so they can be automatically placed on pages in alphabetical order. If you have more questions on how to do this feel free to reach out to your Account Manager and they can provide assistance as well.

Before you approve your book for production, it is always a good idea to proof your book. With EDOnline, you can proof your book 2 ways.

1) Download a PDF of your book

You may decide that you would like to review the content you have added to your book so far, but do not need a printed proof book right now or want to view recent changes. To do so, navigate to the Manage Ladder page of your yearbook project. Click the Preview Book button. You will now see a flip-book preview of your entire book. Scrolling further down that page, you will also see a section to generate a PDF. Enter your email address and click the Generate New PDF Preview button. The process of generating a PDF may take 5-10 minutes. Once finished generating, your PDF will arrive to your email in the from of a link. Using the link, you can then view, print, or share your PDF as you like. *This PDF is watermarked and is not print quality.

2) Order a Printed Proof of your book

If you would like to order a physical high res proof of your book, you can do so by using design points. Each proof is 3 points and the proof will reflect what is in your book at the time you order it. To order your proof book, go to the Request menu and select Proof Book. Depending on the yearbook program, you will have the choice of up to three total proof books. Order each proof book by clicking Add to Cart. Each proof book is set up with submission deadlines. This deadline is administered by your Account Manager at . If you missed a deadline or feel you need an extension, please reach out to your account manager or tech support. The design point coupon code will automatically be applied and you can click Check Out. The proof will take about 10-14 days to arrive.

It's almost February! That means many of our schools eagerly uploading their people data. Here are some tips that can help you get your people data just right!

Creating your own teacher data:

Not every index is born the same. Some indexes end up missing information that you wanted to use.

A big question we get asked a lot is "How to I add teacher groups to my kids?" The answer is surprisingly easy!

The first (and the hardest part) is to select each student in "Manage People Data" that belongs in a certain teacher group.

Once you have them all selected, there exists an "Update Selected" button to the top-right of your data.

You can click this to give each selected person their own teacher, class, or grade, and for teachers, you would just need to type their name and hit confirm. Now, all of those kids you selected can be flown together in a teacher's group!
